Planning & FAQ'S
🌿 Planning permission is generally not required for a garden room, provided your home is not a listed building or within a certain distance of a protected area where extra planning controls apply
🌿Permitted development rules allow you to build your dream space, providing you follow these guidelines:
- Overall height does not exceed 2.5 meters; if within 2 meters of any boundary
- It is not built forward of the front elevation of your home
- It occupies less than 50% of the total garden area
